5 Technologies To Make The World Greener

So this is a quick run down of the 5 technologies I think that are going to make a huge impact on the world, if they are ever to get into full production that is!

1. Flexible Solar Cells –
These Cells increase the placement of where solar energy can be used. They are thin enough to be transparent and flexible enough to be placed over nearly any surface. Imagine the energy possibilities where every window or surface is a solar panel and how much energy could be provided by the sun!

2. Plastics from plants –
Yup that’s right! Scientists have found ways of creating plastics from plants, rather than using crude oil in the manufacturing process. Plastics is one of the products of crude oil that we would greatly miss when we run out of crude oil, so it’s great to know that our reliance of oil is not necessary for plastic production.

3. Sonic water purifier –
How about instead of spending hundreds of thousands of dollars of purifying water, when you could just zap that water with some ultrasound? The process works by actually breaking down cellular walls and carbon of contaminates, leaving only clean water behind.

4. Green Cars –
Quiet, Non-polluting cars of the future will probably be run on hydrogen fuel cells. The hydrogen is released from the fuel cells in the car and is reacted with oxygen, where the byproduct is water and electricity. This electricity is then used to run the motors in the car

5. CO2 Reducing Algae –
Genetically modified algae, takes in the harmful excess CO2 we produce and then converts it into fuel by using the by-product
